Armedia, a leader in advanced case management solutions, is excited to announce its achievement of Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) Authorization to Operate (ATO) for its flagship open-source product, ArkCase. This milestone signifies adherence to federal security standards, establishing ArkCase as a trusted case management platform for public sector clients.

The FedRAMP Authorization at the Moderate or Impact Level 3 was achieved with sponsorship from the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC), which uses ArkCase for its eDocket/eFiling system.

ArkCase, an open-source case management solution, supports FOIA, legal case management, investigative case management, docket, correspondence management, complaint management, worker’s comp, and more. Its adaptable design allows businesses and government agencies to efficiently manage case-related processes. The PRC's implementation of ArkCase's eDocket/eFiling system has streamlined documentation and filing, emphasizing digitization, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.

James Bailey, CEO of Armedia, stated, “Achieving the FedRAMP Authorization is a testament to ArkCase's capabilities and our dedication to delivering secure solutions for our clients. We are honored by the trust placed in us by the PRC and are committed to further innovation.”

Armedia's CTO, John Shinnick, added, “ArkCase was designed to address diverse case management needs while upholding high security standards. Attaining FedRAMP ATO reinforces our leadership in technological evolution.”

This FedRAMP Authorization emphasizes Armedia's commitment to rigorous security standards while providing flexible case management solutions. As an industry leader, Armedia continues to drive innovation within the digital case management space.
