“Artists Remaking Medicine” Recognized with Six Literary Awards in its First Year

Procedure Press is celebrating its book Artists Remaking Medicine by Emily F. Peters has been honored with six literary awards within its first year of publication. Released at the end of 2023, the best-selling anthology spotlights 25 visionary artists tackling America’s healthcare challenges through sound, architecture, color, photography, and more.

Artists Remaking Medicine was honored by the following organizations in these categories:

Peters has been invited to share the book’s message with several audiences, including Duke University School of Medicine, Columbia University’s “Medicine and the Art of Ethics Colloquium,” Swissnex and La Source School of Nursing, and CreativeMornings/San Francisco.
