PropertyTek Appoints Lynette Grinter to Lead Marketing

PropertyTek, an innovative technology platform for property managers, has named Lynette Grinter as its new Executive Vice President of Marketing. With a proven track record for driving growth within disruptive tech companies, Grinter will serve on PropertyTek's leadership team, furthering its mission to revolutionize property management technology.

With a B2B SaaS background in industries including real estate and healthcare, Grinter has developed marketing programs that propelled exponential growth, particularly in startup organizations. At office space leasing marketplace Truss, she developed the marketing team and strategy from the ground up, contributing to growth for a successful acquisition. Similarly, while at mortgage lender Guaranteed Rate, she launched the company’s digital mortgage product, scaling channel reach and revenue growth.

Additionally, Grinter has held executive marketing roles at tech startup Hologram, as well as health tech companies HealthJoy and Zest Health. She began her B2B marketing career at TicketsNow, a startup acquired by Ticketmaster, that scaled through high-profile channel partnerships. Grinter holds a master’s degree in integrated marketing from Northwestern and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State.
